• All the single ladies (& girl’s in relationships too!), relationships can be an idol – God never seems to PROMISE relationships to us. In fact, in the Bible, singleness is called a GIFT. 
• It’s time we differentiate the promises of God and the things we claim that He never promised. We can start to enter dangerous waters when we claim things declaring God has promised them – when He really hasn’t. Let’s focus on what He HAS promised us in His Word – because there’s a LOT of incredible promises. 
• The desire (& lack thereof) of Bible reading is a real issue in our Christian culture today. It’s important – like any discipline – to continue to seek God even when desire isn’t there. Daisy talks about how quarantine was a time for her to jump into Bible reading more than ever.
• Prosperity gospel is getting called out on today’s episode. We chat about the documentary The American Gospel, and how it highlights a lot of issues in our current church culture. What’s the remedy? Staying Biblical in everything that is taught, preached and said.
